2. How do I book?

At the top of this website you will find BOOK ONLINE. Click there and follow the instructions.

3. Can we pay cash when we get there?

Yes. However a credit card is needed to reserve a spot before hand.

4. If we decide to cancel, is the deposit refundable?

Yes, as long as it is cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the start of your scheduled booking. This also applies to winter weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather and Environment Canada has issued a WEATHER WARNING that recommends against travel, a booking can be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded but can be used at a later date. Your deposit will be put on file.

5. What is the price to participate?

The price per person is $20 (INCLUDING TAX) with a minimum of 4 paid admissions per booking for all rooms except The Castle, The Sub and Spaceship (minimum of 6 paid admissions).

6. How much is the deposit?

A deposit is required to reserve the room for your team. The deposit is the price of one team member $20 and must be paid online. All other participants must pay on the day of the event.

7. What forms of payment are accepted?

A credit card is required when reserving your group online. You may pay with debit, credit card or cash on the day of the event

8. If I'm locked in, what happens if I have to go to the washroom?

Our facility has washrooms but not in the rooms. For safety reasons, the door you entered the room in, remains unlocked so you may go to the washroom

9. What if we don't escape, are we still locked in?

No. After the 60 minutes is up, we will let you out.

10. Can I bring my children?

Children are allowed, however the clues and puzzles are more advanced and probably won't be much fun for children under 12. Children 5 and under are free with the minimum number of paid admissions for the room.

11. Is the experience scary?

No. However to create more of an experience for our guests, we may have added some adrenalin type props to make it more exciting.  (Please note The Mavis House and Spaceship are exceptions. These two rooms have been designed to be scary)

12. Will I feel claustrophobic inside the room?

Probably not. The rooms are quite large.

13. Where can I park?

There is plenty of FREE parking in our plaza!

Click here to go to map

14. Can I stop by to book an appointment or see if there is a spot right away?

It is recommended that you book an appointment ahead of time as we can not guarantee a room will be available if you drop in. That being said, drop in's are welcome!

15. How early should we arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

16. Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our facility as well as 3 of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. The 3 rooms are Death Row, Insane Asylum and Nuclear Meltdown

17. For the room we booked, the website says you can have "X" number of people in a room. Can we fit in just one more?

For any of our rooms, you can always physically fit "just one more person", but please keep in mind that the more people you put in a room, the less there is for each individual to do, thus really taking away from the overall game experience. We have max numbers for a reason and suggest you stick with them. With that being said, we will leave the decision up to you.
